Schedule an In-Service Presentation With Us
Professional in-service education is an important part of the work we do at the South Carolina Spinal Cord Injury Association. Communication with professionals at hospitals, outpatient therapy centers, South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department, and rehabilitation hospitals is one of the ways that we get connected to individuals with spinal cord injuries.
Our 45-minute to one-hour in-service presentation includes an interactive component with volunteers with spinal cord injuries, who share their day-to-day experience of living with paralysis. An introduction is also provided to the association's services, which can serve as a useful resource for professionals.
