Predictors of sexual pleasure, orgasm, and sexual satisfaction in men and women living with spinal cord injury
This research project aims at filling out an existing gap in the research literature dedicated to the sexuality of individuals living with a spinal cord injury (SCI). More specifically, the study’s goal is to further understand the role of various perceptual, sexual, psychological and neurophysiological factors involved in the perception of sexual pleasure and orgasm function for individuals living with an SCI, as well as in their overall sexual satisfaction. Research findings will guide the implementation of targeted interventions in the field of sexual rehabilitation for the SCI population.
